Delivery and installation schedules are based on location and regulatory permissions such as net-metering, local authority approvals, and import clearance for international customers.
 We commit to addressing technical issues promptly, but delays caused by weather, transport availability, or third-party delays are beyond our control.

Users must provide accurate installation site information such as roof condition, available area, structural safety, and existing electrical load.
 You must also ensure complete access to the installation space during site visits, installations, and maintenance checks.

Customers must follow post-installation safety guidelines such as avoiding tampering, unauthorized wiring changes, or blocking sunlight on panels.
 Any misrepresentation of details or unauthorized modifications may void warranties and lead to service cancellation.

All orders must be paid as per the agreed advance and milestone-based payment structure.
 We accept domestic and international payments via bank transfer, UPI, cards, and secure gateways. Processing charges for international transactions are to be borne by the customer.

If a payment is delayed or incomplete, installation or delivery may be paused.
 Refunds, if applicable, are processed based on the company’s cancellation policy, excluding operational or logistic expenses already incurred.

Our solar components come with individual warranties—typically 10–25 years for panels, 5–10 years for inverters, and 1–5 years for batteries.
 To ensure long life, customers can opt for our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) which cover cleaning, inspection, performance checks, and minor repairs.

Warranty claims require physical or virtual inspection of the issue.
 Damage resulting from natural calamities, mishandling, physical impact, pests, unauthorized technicians, or voltage fluctuations is not covered under warranty.

We are not liable for losses arising from improper installation environments, customer negligence, rooftop conditions, or unforeseen environmental issues.
 Our liability does not include power output variations due to seasonal changes, dust accumulation, or shading effects.

We are not responsible for financial losses from downtime, business interruptions, or savings projections not being met due to external conditions.
 Our total liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

We collaborate with certified installers, courier partners, engineers, and international distributors to ensure proper service delivery.
 While we verify their credibility, we do not take responsibility for delays, damages, or service failures caused by third-party providers.

We do not share personal information with third-parties except those essential to fulfilling user requests such as shipment, installation, or payment processing.
